What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card, debit card, Twint and Paypal. Our shop is fully secure with SSL encryption to protect your personal data.
I have more costs for my order?
On our site the final amount you pay is the price of the product with VAT excluding delivery costs. The delivery costs are always specified individually for your order during the payment process.
Due to the exchange rate, the total amount billed by your bank will be slightly different from the price of the product. Your bank determines the exchange rate that will be billed, we are not responsible for the differences caused by exchange rates.
Do you have a reimbursement policy?
Absolutely, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving the items, which must be not worn and in their original packaging. If 14 days have passed since then, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
How long does it take to deliver your products?
We usually need 24 hours to process your order. Then, it takes between 2 and 7 days to deliver you to Europe and Switzerland. For the rest of the world, it takes between 7 and 20 days.
Do you provide follow-up information?
Yes, once the order is placed, we send you a confirmation email. You can then follow the status of the order on our website in the "Monitoring of my order" tab.
Why haven't I received my order yet?
Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. If your order has been shipped for more than 3 weeks, please contact us with your order number.
Some articles are missing on my order, what's going on?
Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. The products can come from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will arrive shortly.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can still adapt the delivery address for you. After the shipment it will be too late. Please contact us via our contact form or by email.
Can I apply more than one promotional code to the same order?
You can apply a single promo code in a command. If you have several promotional codes, please keep it for your next purchases.
How many weavings I need for a head?
It will depend on your need, taste and also the closure that you will use (front or closed). For a length of hair under 16 inches 2 weavings is sufficient, for a greater length and thick density it will take 3 to 4 weavings.
How can I know the length of the hair I want?

Can I smooth, color or make other hairstyles with the hair?
Yes for real virgin hair you can smooth, complete or color. We still advise you to take care like your real hair so as not to risk damaging it.
Why does the hair get tangled?
Your hair can get tangled due to drought, oil accumulation and dirt, chlorine and salted water. Make sure to wash and hydrate your hair at least once a week.
Why is there a hair loss in my wig?
First of all you should know that our wigs are made with a great requirement. A few hair falling is completely normal because even your real hair falls. To avoid a very large loss you must take care of your wig.
